What happens after the demo?
We get into selection, discovery, migration, training, go-live and the work that continues after it. A reporting problem can turn out to be a disagreement about how the business counts something. An AI idea can look convincing until it meets real ERP data. Those are the conversations I want to have.

Nirav brings the implementation-partner view. Emily brings the business-process, IT and project view. My background is in manufacturing sales and hands-on systems and data work, so I tend to ask what a decision means for the people using it. We each notice a different problem first.
